• Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting our office directly.
• We kindly request at least 36 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• Prior to the first session, a health assessment will be conducted to ensure the safety and suitability of the treatment for your dog.
• Clients are required to inform us of any pre-existing health conditions or concerns related to their dog.

4. **Payment:**

• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
• Prices are subject to change, and any such changes will be communicated in advance.

5. **Privacy and Confidentiality:**

• We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Any information shared during the course of treatment will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

6. **Client Responsibilities:**

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that their dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases.
• Clients must follow the guidelines provided by our professionals for at-home care and exercises.

7. **Liability:**

• Apollo Animal Physiotherapy is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during or after treatment, except in cases of proven negligence.
• Clients are encouraged to have appropriate pet insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

8. **Termination of Services:**

• Apollo Animal Physiotherapy reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement.

9. **Governing Law:**

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Englandwh. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of The London Court of International Arbitration.

10. **Changes to Terms:**

• Apollo Animal Physiotherapy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
